Our Story
Prosperi was founded by seasoned education and industry leaders who recognized our schools were facing serious challenges in need of new, inspired solutions. The national shortage of school counselors was hurting everyone – not only students and families, but also counselors, administrators, and future employers.
Prosperi came into being to address the shortage and the tremendous demands placed on school counseling departments. The company is mission-driven to “superpower” counseling teams through innovative tools and services and boost their efforts to help every student succeed.
Since its genesis in 2023, Prosperi rapidly moved from concept to reality. Based on thorough research and business planning, we launched our school pilot program in the Fall of 2024. Collaborating with school districts in New Jersey and Delaware, we honed and proved the efficacy of our remote counseling service.
And, we identified significant workflow and efficiency improvement opportunities to help counseling departments fulfill their responsibilities, while saving time and money, and freeing them up to do what they enjoy and do best – counsel students.
